By downloading, accessing or using the eAlkePay app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use eAlkePay.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date, including completing identity verification (KYC) where required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, PIN and biometric access.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All transactions are subject to applicable fees, which are displayed before you confirm. Once confirmed, transactions may be irreversible.

You are responsible for ensuring transaction details are correct. eAlkePay is not liable for transfers made to incorrect recipients due to inaccurate information provided by you.

You agree not to use eAlkePay for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

eAlkePay provides its services on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
